Our guest speaker, Steve Mellor Owner/Executive Coach of Career Competitor, will motivate attendees to Realize Your Potential in 2023! How your Optimal Self can serve Optimal Performance.

Steve Mellor Bio

A born competitor who sees an opportunity for growth and optimal performance everywhere, Steve Mellor is a proven coach who has made a life of realizing the potential in himself and others.

A native of England, Steve has spent most of the 2000’s in the US, first as a collegiate swimmer, then as a swim coach, before becoming an executive coach with his company Career Competitor. Despite achieving a top-50 world ranking as a swimmer himself, it was as a coach where Steve found his greatest successes in the sport, eventually becoming the Associate Head Coach with Louisiana State University. At LSU, Steve Mellor guided athletes to NCAA and SEC swimming heights before becoming the man behind LSU's first-ever American Olympic swimmer, Brooks Curry, who went on to win an Olympic Gold Medal with Team USA.

After these historic achievements in swimming, Steve turned his passion for optimizing individual and team performance into founding his company, Career Competitor LLC. Today, clients from around the world benefit from a coaching experience that drives personal development, optimizes self-accountability, and delivers results unlike ever before. Steve believes we all have a competitive spirit within us to achieve optimal performance, the only question is when are we going decide to invest in the work required to bring it out of us?
