Brian Hong | Co-founder, Flowbots.ai | Founder, Infintech Designs and Big Easy Data

Brian Hong is the co-founder of Flowbots.ai, an AI automation agency, and the founder of Infintech Designs, a New Orleans-based digital marketing agency, and Big Easy Data, a consumer data and identity resolution company.

Through Flowbots.ai, Brian develops AI systems that help small businesses manage customer communications across phone calls, text messages, email, and social media, including important follow-up tasks that can easily fall through the cracks. He works with contractors, home service companies, and professional service firms across the country, helping them improve efficiency and stay connected with customers.
