We all want referrals, but what makes someone actually feel confident putting your name forward?

Tim Paulin will introduce the Referral Confidence Curve and explore how trust and confidence grow through the relationships we build. Attendees will learn what helps move them up the curve, what can hold them back, and how everyday interactions influence whether others feel comfortable recommending them.

Through practical examples and conversation, Tim will help attendees look at networking differently—not simply as meeting more people, but as intentionally building the credibility, relationships, and confidence that lead to stronger referrals over time.

Whether you’re a solopreneur, lead a growing team, or simply want to build stronger professional relationships, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to become someone others are confident referring.
