Every fall, I teach a women's self defense seminar that is FREE with a donation to the food bank. Not only is it FUN, inspiring, positive, and beginner friendly - but it could actually save your life one day! We will train the mentality, the awareness, and the physical technique. Old, young, injured, it doesn’t matter - I promise you are more powerful and capable than you know! Please share and spread the word, spots are extremely limited and will fill up quickly.
