Senior Support Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer at LAComputech. 

Not a ticket closer. Not someone who needs a checklist to get through the day. A real technician — someone who walks into a problem, owns it, and figures it out. 

Here's what the role actually looks like: 

🔹 Cloud: Azure, Microsoft Entra, and M365 at a real admin level — not surface-level familiarity 

🔹 Server: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS 

🔹 Networking: Unifi, Meraki, SonicWall, or similar 

🔹 Backup and DR: MSP360 — or whatever platform you've lived in 

🔹 RMM: NinjaOne; experience with it or a comparable platform is expected 

🔹 Support: The escalation point for our team when things get hard 


What we need from you: 

✅ MSP experience — this is non-negotiable 

✅ Self-directed — you manage your own workload without being prompted 

✅ Strong communicator — clients trust you because you follow through 


Certs are a plus, not a requirement. We care more about what you've actually built and managed. We've been serving businesses across Louisiana since 2009. Real ownership, no micromanagement.
