Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping families find what they need for the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing

  • Supervise and support part-time staff (if applicable)

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally

  • Maintain inventory levels and manage product displays

  • Operate POS system, manage cash handling, and track daily sales

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with company standards

  • Assist with seasonal planning and school-specific uniform requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or store management experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to customer service

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software

  • Availability for 2 Saturdays per month (required)
