Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing
-
Supervise and support part-time staff (if applicable)

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally

Maintain inventory levels and manage product displays
-
Operate POS system, manage cash handling, and track daily sales
-
Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with company standards
-
Assist with seasonal planning and school-specific uniform requirements
Qualifications:
-
Previous retail or store management experience preferred
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to customer service
-
Ability to work independently and take initiative
-
Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
-
Availability for 2 Saturdays per month (required)
