MARSTA LLC was founded in 2025 as the natural extension of Leah’s lifelong mission. The name MARSTA blends the first three letters of her maiden name Martindale and married name Stancil, symbolizing the integration of her experiences as both athlete and coach.

The mission is to help high-achieving females unlock their potential by supporting, encouraging and empowering them to lead with greatness and self-trust through life’s challenges and transitions.
