MARSTA LLC was founded in 2025 as the natural extension of Leah’s lifelong mission. The name MARSTA blends the first three letters of her maiden name Martindale and married name Stancil, symbolizing the integration of her experiences as both athlete and coach.

At MARSTA, the philosophy is simple and powerful: Greatness starts from within.

The mission is to help high-achieving females unlock their potential by supporting, encouraging and empowering them to lead with greatness and self-trust through life’s challenges and transitions.

Through keynote speaking, workshops, clinics, and partnerships with coaches and families, MARSTA focuses on building long-term leadership capacity in females using the core values:
